Retained Search
Rager Resources Group, LLC provides a thorough, detailed and specific process in evaluating our client’s employment needs. When a Retained Search Agreement is executed, our initial internal search effort is expanded nationally or internationally depending on the specific requirements of the job. We engage in extensive specific industry research, network, one on one interviews and thorough reference checks to identify the ideal candidate.
Direct Hire / Contingency Search

Temp-To-Hire
Many companies hire on a temp-to-hire basis. Employers are able to actually evaluate the candidate’s work performance before they commit to hiring the person full time, which reduces the risk of hiring a person who is not qualified for the job. In many cases, the temporary candidate is very qualified and they are hired for the position on a full-time basis. If you are interested in hiring our temporary candidate as an employee of your organization, we will work together to transition them as one of your full time staff members.
Temporary Placement

While on assignment Rager Resources Group, LLC oversees the payroll via direct deposit, workers’ compensation, employer taxes and unemployment insurance. We are also fully insured.
