Business Development Manager- Ecommerce Payment, Eastern Region

Our client is a pioneer in digital payment services in the global remittances industry and fintech space. This role can be based in Florida, New York, New Jersey or any state in the East Region.

We are recruiting for a work at home, Business Development Manager- Ecommerce Payments to build new B2B client relationships to achieve company strategic goals for their team.

Job Summary

You will manage a portfolio of white label products for the B2B market. The product portfolio will include white label technology, payment distribution network, remittance platform, mobile app/wallet, payment gateway, e-gift card platform and block chain. This position reports to the Chief Business Officer Americas. The individual must be a self-disciplined, self-starter and manage several priorities. It requires a high level of project management that will include administrative duties and strategic duties.

The job requires a semi-entrepreneurial mind-set to identify and drive business thru the B2B market in the Americas. It requires a drive to look at new opportunities, a skill in negotiation and execution and the ability to be solutions oriented.This individual will work both internally and externally; internally with the Americas team, the global team, affiliates, and subsidiary teams and externally with New Clients and B2B Market clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build their B2B digital market for Americas
  • Measure America’s ROI, KPIs and support budget and strategic planning
  • Periodically travel to the groups affiliate and parent companies to develop relationships
  • Liaise with Product, Design, Technology and Sales Directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Explain to potential clients the various benefits offered by company products or services, following up with them to close business deals
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
  • Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients including undertaking interviews to get feedback and incorporate it into growth plan
  • Hire, guide and train business development staff, sales teams and associates

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven 7+ years’ work experience in selling to B2B market in the ecommerce payment industry.
  • Must be bi-lingual Spanish/English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • The ability to manage client relationships, sales pipeline, and accurate forecasting of opportunities
  • Attend tradeshows as required and pre-plan schedule to maximize selling time
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills. Must be flexible and able multitask.
  • Sell as an individual contributor and be a team player, assisting your peers in the sales process
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time
  • Knowledge of cross border payments, white label technology is a plus
