This role requires you to be onsite every day.
The Quality Engineer assures products conform to quality standards and establishes compliance with the quality system. Responsible for maintaining a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members that facilitates organizational success by protecting patient/user safety and meeting business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supports manufacturing by resolving manufacturing and supplier issues
- Reviews and approves design and manufacturing changes
- Participates in internal and supplier audits
- Ensures products conform to internal and external quality requirements
- Supports supplier onboarding as needed
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience working in medical device industry preferred
- Experience working with and/or auditing domestic and international suppliers is a plus
