We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Representative – Independent Healthcare Sales to join their growing new business sales team in Dallas, Texas. Industry experience is preferable but unnecessary.
The Business Development Representative will not be cold calling. Instead, this opportunity involves taking inbound calls and following up, selling new business into independent pharmacies while adhering to the company’s confidentiality and HIPAA compliance programs. Our client offers excellent compensation plus commission. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sell new business into independent pharmacies from the inquires that come into the customer service department.
- Learn and embrace a proven sales methodology that emphasizes mutual commitments
- Ability to articulate the company’s value proposition
- Develop a territory plan strategy, and execute on your plan
- Expanding the goodwill and the name recognition of the company in the marketplace
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum of 1 year inside sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong prospecting skills
