Program Manager

Our client is the largest girl serving 501c nonprofit business leader in the Los Angeles area.

Their goal is to develop life, leadership and empowerment skills to our youth promoting  confidence, compassion and courage.

We are seeking  a talented Program Manager to develop and execute recognized program campaigns. This qualified candidate will be reporting to the Senior Director and you will be working remotely two to three days a week and in their Inglewood, Ca. office the remainder of the week. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of corporate programs within an assigned area, while meeting or exceeding established revenue goals
  • Work closely with volunteer staff to ensure the programs are executed successfully
  • Create and carry out all program contents and tasks for a specific geographic area and defined tasks for the entire Los Angeles area
  • Respectful management of product programs within a fast-moving and everchanging environment
  • Organize and manage orders generated from product campaigns (i.e., initial order submission/delivery, debt collection, product distribution, sales goals, inventory management)
  • Oversee product distribution areas and provide inventory management at each location
  • Be the point of contact for all issues or conflicts during the program campaigns
  • Recruit and train new helpers while cultivating and developing strong partnerships within the program
  • Manage kick – off and prize events
  • Attend established meetings to support and promote specific programs scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience successfully managing complex programs in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient using database software, understanding financial reports and using spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Professional and knowledgeable customer service skills
  • Posess the abitlity to work both independently and as part of a larger team
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Have a respectful,  positive and flexible attitude in an ever changing workplace
  • Able to lift more than 25 pounds multiple times a day during program events
  • If needed, available to work evenings and weekends
  • Must have current drivers license, automobile insurance and available to drive locally during program event
