Account Executive – Healthcare Sales

Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare information technology company that develops solutions that enable pharmacy companies to engage patients and grow clinical services. We are actively recruiting for an Account Executive – Healthcare Sales in Dallas, Texas. This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Director of Client Relations.

The Account Executive – Healthcare Sales will be responsible for managing hospital-based account sales within existing clients and cross-selling across multiple product lines.  As the client liaison, he/she should anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure the client is leveraging our solutions to their satisfaction, and ultimately willing to expand the company’s partnership through new sales opportunities. The company offers excellent compensation plus commission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the primary point of contact and initiate, build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Help existing customers through email, phone, and online presentations. Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of company’s solutions
  • Identify and generate cross sell opportunities with each client account to meet quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and be able to establish a timeline for closure
  • Work with team members from other departments to ensure we are exceeding the client’s expectations, while meeting all KPIs
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Must have 5 years of outside healthcare sales experience.
  • Must have mid-market selling experience.
  • Must have 3-5 years of contract experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Territory will be the Northern part of the United States.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and results driven
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales
