Summary
As finance manager you’d be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. Duties include financial planning to determine how to pay off liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure tax-compliance and collaboration with other departments to achieve monetary goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Lead the monthly outlook and quarterly flash processes, deliverables, due dates, and reviews.
- Directs various segment functions including, volume incentive calculation/review, profitability reporting, pricing control, financial analysis, margin analysis, business review creation and account maintenance/mapping.
- Drive meaningful analytics and reporting into the business by working closely with sales operations and commercial leadership.
- Work with sales operations and strategic pricing to evaluate price/volume levers and the effectiveness of promotions.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to step back and analyze the overall business impact.
- Willingness to dig into details and analyze variances and trends.
- Excellent financial modeling skills.
- 5+ years of global manufacturing management experience required.
- Experience in a global manufacturing organization is desired, as is experience in installation of financial systems and development of product cost methodologies.

- Sage ERP experience
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business studies or a related field.
- Preferred not required Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, Certified Professional Treasury certification and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
