Summary
The HR Business partner/Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing HR/Talent and change management strategies and managing all aspects of Human Resources for a full P&L business unit. This business minded, solutions oriented, customer focused leader will work with the business leaders to ensure the business has the current and future organizational capabilities required and an organization that operates effectively through its management team to enable business growth. This position will also lead and manage assigned Division-wide initiatives.
You will work effectively across a matrixed environment, engaging and aligning with business leaders, HRBPs/HR field teams in multiple countries, and HR centers of excellence or “platforms” to identify gaps and opportunities, and together develop the go-forward winning organizational and talent strategy. The incumbent will demonstrate leadership agility, showing a curiosity and passion the mission, setting priorities, and taking action in an organized, proactive manner.

Responsibilities:
- Actively contributes to the business conversation in day to day business meetings, quarterly business reviews and other management team forums.
- Coach senior leaders on complex leadership and talent issues and support building organizational capability.
- Develop the organization’s HR/Talent strategies. Translate business strategy and objectives into goals and workforce plans.
- Create a vision for talent strategy in the business unit. Develop a solid strategic human resource plan to support and drive the needs of the business.
- Act as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions. Identify talent issues before they impact the business.
- Develops and implements robust integrated talent management plans and drives culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles.
- Keeps abreast of industry, market and functional trends, and leverages these insights to develop appropriate business unit and site HR strategies and solutions
- Ensure alignment of HR processes i.e. Human Resources Review, Performance Management and Development, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc. with strategic and operating goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, human resources, or related discipline required. A strong aptitude for business and financial topics is highly recommended.
- Eight to ten years of progressive experience in all aspects of Human Resources and as a HR Business Partner who has supported multiple commercial and clients.
- Experience as the lead HRBP for a full P&L business (strong financial acumen)
- Ability to execute and influence across geographic/functional lines around the world.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner — communicate the business story, and explain data for varying audiences
- Ability to gain trust, respect, and support through business knowledge and functional competence.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
